Make MRT Card Maintain Power Output When Host is Rebooted

When host is rebooted, MRT card will stop supplying power to disk. Some users asked that if there is a way to keep the power supply on even when host is rebooted, which enables the connected hard disk not be powered off due to the reboot of host.

This tutorial offers solution for this.
As is shown in the picture, there is R9 resistor on MRT card. It is a device initialization resistor. If removed, device will no longer be initialized after the system is restarted. So if the power output of MRT card was on, it will stay to be on even if the system is restarted. In this way, it can supply power to disk continuously.
Users can use 850 hot air gun to blow off R9 resistor. Be careful not to affect other components. After that, MRT power output will not be turned off when  host is rebooted. We have removed this resistor from MRT cards that are newly released. So if you did not find this resistor on MRT card, no additional operation is needed.
