MRT Hardware Compatibility List provides the computer hardware environment that is fully compatible with MRT software and hardware confirmed by strict test. Hardware in the list can be fully compatible with MRT and display its features to the best. MRT Software Compatibility List provides the computer software environment that is fully compatible with MRT software and hardware confirmed by strict test. Software in the list can coexist with MRT without conflict.

MRT Software & Hardware Incompatibility list provides the software and hardware environment in which MRT cannot work normally. Software and hardware in incompatibility list will cause MRT unable to work normally. Users should avoid installing or using MRT in list incompatible software or hardware environment.

MRT Lab is devoted to improving MRT tools and making MRT compatible with various software and hardware environment. So this list is upgraded constantly. Before purchasing and using MRT, users should read Hardware & Software Incompatibility List carefully to ensure MRT be used properly.

Recommended CPU for MRT:
Intel Core 6th generation and above i7-9700 @ 4.7GHz eight core eight threads.
To ensure mirroring speed, we recommend quad-core CPU or above
MRT Support Intel series CPU
Because of part of AMD series of CPU not supported, we prefer advising to use motherboard and CPU of Intel series.
Recommended RAM: 8GB or above
Motherboard can use PCIE x1 / x2 / x4 / x8 / x16 slot

Software Compatibility List (SCL)

MRT is compatible with following operating systems:
Windows 7
Windows 8
Windows 10 Pro

Please note that both of MRT Ultra card and MRT Express card support 64-bit and 32-bit operating system. MRT Pro card can only support 32-bit, not support 64-bit.

MRT software and hardware incompatibility list

Notice: Please don't install MRT in incompatible environment!
MRT is incompatible with following software:
360 Security Guard
360 Antivirus
Kingsoft Security Guard
Rising antivirus
Norton antivirus
Symantec antivirus
Kaspersky
The above software will kill MRT by mistake; please do not install MRT in computer with above software unless you know exactly how to add MRT to the white list of above software.

MRT software can be installed in standard HDDs, SSD or the partition USB flash disk belongs to. Please do not install MRT in partition which RAID belongs to.

MRT is incompatible with following motherboards or hardwares:
DELL server families motherboards, such as DELL SC430 server motherboard (There will be blue screen caused by bus conflict)
GIGABYTE P55A UD3R (Compatibility problem)
ASUS P7P55D (Compatibility problem)
ASUS P5-B (Compatibility problem)
ASUS Z8NA-D6(C) (Intel 5520/5500/X58 - ICH10R) (Compatibility problem)
ASRock N68-GS4 FX (Compatibility problem)
Inter i9-10900(Compatibility problem)
Biostar Z170GT7 (Intel Skylake-S - 100/C230 Series) (Compatibility problem)
LSI 1068E SAS raid card (Equipment conflict with MRT hardware card)
It has been confirmed that MRT card is incompatible with some GIGABYTE motherboards. So GIGABYTE motherboards are not recommended.
It has been confirmed that MRT is incompatible with Intel Xeon processor. So Intel Xeon series CPU is not recommended.
